Physiotheraphy for chronic pain

Research project

Contact person: Ann L. Persson

Physiotherapy for chronic pain comprises varying techniques and many methods, but since physiotherapy is a rather new area within research, many techniques have not yet been evaluated in an evidence based way. RCT's focus is here to collect internationally published findings.

RCT has published four systematic reviews about physical activity for fibromyalgia (1), early management after whiplash trauma (2), stabilization training for low back pain (3), and relaxation for musculoskeletal pain (4).
