Stimulation treatment for chronic pain

Acupuncture and transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) are two physical medicine techniques that have evidence based effect on chronic pain.

Two articles on acupuncture have been published (1,2) and two projects, one follow-up study on transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation, and one study on cutaneous field stimulation have been submitted.
