At RCT, as well as in other organisations, we strive to achieve
real tangible impact on preventing torture. We are eager to know,
whether we are doing the right things to achieve our goals. Have we
selected the most appropriate strategies? Are we using the most
cost-effective methods? If not, we will be obliged to come up with
something better.
